Step 3 Choose the right accessory package according to the size of your PE tubing. Put the black seal ring on the bottom of the fitting. Great Quality and above all in Customer service.I purchased this in 2023 and a little over 2 years later it started to leak a little. I called Waterdrop to see how I could change the “O” rings that are usually the culprit. The rep Sam said that this unit was not serviceable. Keep in mind the unit was well out of its warranty. Without hesitation Sam escalated this to Harper W. Harper and Sam were both very pleasant and professional. They offered to send me a new one. I had already ordered another brand to replace it. The new Waterdrop faucet arrive before the other brand!I will be returning the other when it arrives and will easily install the new Waterdrop unit.Great company and great customer service!!Great value and quality along with amazing service !
