Easy to put in, and produces great tasting water from the crap city water we deal with in Florida. Lived in AK and OR and never had to think about it, water was from the Gods. But here? Not likely! So you need to do something. This filter is easy to use and does the job. I drink a lot of water since I work outside, in FL! I think it's the ceramic filter. Spendy when you need to replace, but lasts awhile and much better than pitcher filters I think.
