This is a really nice looking water filter faucet used with 3M water filter system.No leaks, easy to install and use. Well built. So far, no loosening of head as with other faucets.Took a star off because of a missing part (3/8” connector ) which I personally didn’t need but would be a problem for those who need it. (There were two 1/4” connectors instead.)Would buy again.This is a good drink faucet and had all the fittings needed for installation. The stem length that goes through the counter top was a little short for me. I have a new marble top placed on top of the old one, so the length needed was longer than normal. So I had to do some creative work. Had to grind down the adapter, take out the lock washer and use the old top washer mount instead of the new one to give me the length I needed. The old faucet that was removed had several inches extra, this one doesn't.This faucet is leaking after 9 months; I can't seem to find a way to contact seller to check on warranty.The water intake stem is nearly 3/8" standard flexible water line, but there are no plumbing parts to attach this faucet to my water filter. Anger does not begin to express my frustration at water filter and faucet makers not using standard 3/8" water lines like kitchen sink faucets do. I searched a number of faucets to attach my undersink filter to and this one talked about 3/8" but it turned out to be some kind of plastic BS click fittings. I suppose I should return it, but to get what? I have hooked it up with cobbled together plumbing including plastic hose and hose clamps. ARRrrrggggI can't even use the fixture as it is intended to be used because the cobbled together plumbing is not safe to be left unattended. Imagine a 3/8" waterline break with 30psi gushing water... Just how expensive do you think the building repairs would be? Every time I want to use it I have to reach under the sink and turn the 1/4 turn faucet rather than the faucet on the fixture.I installed a cheap kitchen sink faucet for a friend and the nylon snap together crap like comes with this faucet snapped in half like a twig. It could easily have happened while rummaging through stuff under the sink. As could happen with this faucet if the plastic connectors were used.I am back to shopping again.The company reached out to me via email but did not directly address the issues I raised in this review. Why the hell couldn't the threaded supply pipe of this faucet have been standard 3/8" instead close but no bananas???? Or at least a stainless steel or bronze fitting that allows this faucet to be connected via the compression fittings that are standard with flexible sink hoses.If the maker is reading this, make a fitting for a female 3/8" flexible hose compression fitting to attach to.It's just plumbing. It shouldn't be this hard folks.First, we had to go to the hardware store and buy a special wrench to install this product. Second, within a week the silver paint chipped off in one spot.Looks good seems to be quality made. We will see how long it lasts. If you’re installing it on your counter in your kitchen be aware that if there’s plywood under your countertop the attachment underneath the sink will be short it’s only 2 1/2 inches long for the line connection. I had to cut out the plywood because it’s only gonna fit the thickness of your countertop alone.LikedShort mounting screw, thick countertop maybe an issue for ease of mounting.
