Easy to use, Flavor, Well worth the MoneyI installed the filter per the printed directions, and I’m just not seeing that it does anything. It seems like the water can easily bypass the filter. Just not sure.I love this coffeemaker. I had one years ago and it stopped working. I bought a kuerig and it was ok but I hate that I have to make a cup every time I want more coffee. I purchased this one again and I’m so happy I did. Once you get the rations right it makes a great cup of coffee. Stays hot and holds the flavor, keeping the coffee air tight so it stays fresh. I set it to go off in the morning so that it’s ready when I wake up and it fills the air with the smell of coffee. Definitely makes it easier to get up in the morning knowing I don’t have to make it and wait. Highly recommend.This is perfect for my coffee maker. Takes a little time to get ready to brew.I bought this pot because it appeared to be one of the safer ones on the market. My husband has dementia and was having trouble pouring from a carafe. I would be very pleased if it had a simple pushbutton to get coffee instead of the pushbar.I liked that this had multiple size handles to fit any coffee pot. However, the long handle did not snuggly attach to the filter basket. So i ended up needing to use the short handle and stick my hand into the tank to change the filter anyway. Given the price and simplistic design, I expected more.I did not have a filter in my HB coffee maker at first. This made such a difference. The coffee taste comes through without any hint of mineral. It also extends the length between needing to descale.THINGS to KNOW:The pack comes with two handle sizes for your size of your reservoirEasy to clip together and insert into the reservoirSimple to useI was able to combine the handle in a way that it's even longer than these pictures, making it easier to get in/out of the machine.I would have been happier if this had come with coffee machine, especially considering it is relatively expensive.Be warned it doesn't fit tight enough to filter all the water. I phone the company who confirmed it was the right kit for my model. Think their engineering team needs to go back to the drawing board. A little disappointing considering how pleased I was with the coffee machine it's installed on. None of the replacement water filters on coffee machine are very well priced.Filter holder doesn’t fit my Hamilton Beach. Which means there was false advertising. That issue is compounded by the fact that the batch of filters I bought are useless as well.Worked as advertised, like how it came with different size holders. The filters were slightly short but still fit and do the job. Much better tasting coffee now. It’s a filter, it filters water in your coffee maker not much to say else.
